PAYMENT
We accept payment by bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All items must be paid for in full on order placement.
RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please retain these details as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact enquiries@thetwopaths.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
PRICES
Prices are as set out on the website and include United Kingdom VAT, where applicable. This is then itemised in your order summary in your shopping basket. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
It may be necessary to change prices, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Natural fibres, dye lots & wood finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same batch.

All items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are no longer available.
Where an item is made to order, we specify a lead time that we endeavour to adhere to. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please note for customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers by either email or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes. If you have not heard from us within 7 calendar days of placing your order, please do get in touch by email at enquiries@thetwopaths.com. You can check our Delivery & Returns page or contact us for further information, but we advise that all international customers also contact their local authorities.
