Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We offer a delivery service for all United Kingdom and international clients and quotes can be provided for all purchases upon request. We do not include delivery costs in the price of any of our products, though costs are estimated at point of purchase according to the relevant delivery location. For example, if you specify a London address for delivery, the charge estimated will range from £50 to £250, depending on the size and quantity of items.
For United Kingdom addresses, we will contact you to confirm delivery costs in the event of any difference from the estimate quoted.
For all international deliveries, we will contact you to confirm the delivery cost. Shipping may incur additional charges, such as import duties, so the cost given at point of purchase is an estimate only. We also advise all international customers get in touch with their local authorities in case of specific import duties.
Please check your items within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery and inform us immediately of any damage in transit or defect.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and US Territories. Orders made to addresses in these areas will be cancelled.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE
You may also choose to collect your order from The Two Paths in London, W11. If you are unable to collect promptly following payment, we are happy to store your purchase free of charge for a period of 7 calendar days. Following which, storages fees shall apply as follow :
£50 a month for small objects and table lamps; and
£100 a month for large lamps, art and pieces of furniture.
DELIVERY ACCESS
Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.
RETURNS
If an item is faulty or materially divergent from the description, please send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we will credit the cost against a future purchase.
Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in the same saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item(s) or credit the amount against a future purchase, along with any standard delivery charges*.
Where customs duty and tax for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and / or expedited or bespoke shipping was requested we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on this cost.
This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.

CANCELLATIONS
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 business days of placing your order with us.
If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email enquiries@thetwopaths.com.
If your order has already been dispatched please follow our Returns information.
Please note your right to return products does not apply on made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION OF MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing enquiries@thetwopaths.com. Given the items are made-to-order, in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it and this is outside the 7 day period listed above, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order. This applies to cancellation of orders prior to delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately we do not offer a cancellation or return service.
